🌿Equinox Blessings💫 Seeds planted moons ago are budding.🌿
In 2015 I was at a crossroads in my life. I was emotionally numb from moral injury as an ER Trauma Nurse for 10+ years. Through therapy and being open to integrative modalities of healing, I reconnected with myself and my calling as a Nurse again.
In 2017 I enrolled into a Holistic Nursing program and a Health Coaching program that completely transformed my life!💫
I started working in a wellness center, started my own Holistic practice @Sarang.Healing, and began a per diem job as a Holistic Nurse while working part-time as an ER Trauma Nurse.
Since then I listened to my inner guidance to take a step fully into Integrative Medicine. I enrolled into a graduate Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Master's Program, resigned from the ER, worked part-time as a Holistic Nurse, and continued my private holistic practice Sarang Healing.
This spring Equinox and new zodiacal year March 2023, I have accepted an offer to be the Clinical Program Manager of Integrative Health and Wellness at Northwell Health Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC, supporting fellow Healthcare Providers, patients, and their loved ones. 💞
This has been a journey of healing and empowerment that I have been on for almost 10 years, and I am grateful to everyone I have met along this path. ✨️
Starting May 2023, I will be seeing my private clients virtually, teaching seasonal Reiki classes in-person, continuing my education in Integrative Medicine, and supporting the Healthcare community in self-care and healing.💫
Healthcare is experiencing a shift that has been culminating to this pivotal moment for decades. I'm honored to be a part of it. 🙏🌿
