~ Postponed ~ Join us for a day of transformational healing with this special, at home Self-Love retreat with @thejoyfulapproach @sarang.healing and @theamandajanuarymethod. Using healing modalities such as breathwork, reiki, sound baths, meditation, & journaling, we come together to journey to self-love and acceptance. Discovering topics including gentle ways to talk to one-self, steps for producing new healing in your daily lives, how to unlearn toxic thoughts/behaviors to become our best selves, taking care of yourselves through daily rituals and so much more! This at home retreat includes high-vibrational nourishments. Space is limited.
