When I was a traveling nurse in Hawaii, a phrase many locals would say is, 'Let's talk story', meaning 'Let's talk, share stories, and get to know one another.
Let's take a moment and share heart-to-heart with one another'.
This Hawaiian concept of being intentional with relationships took my NYC mind-set some getting used to.
I learned the value of slowing down, sharing time, and my story with another person willing to do the same.
Within that exchange, not only do I learn about the person, but I also learn more about myself.
During our one-on-one sessions I invite you to take these moments for yourself, slow down a little from the hustle, and ‘let's talk story’.
You may be inspired from what you learn about yourself and the hidden aspirations within you waiting to be given life in your story.
